Cadent Announces Leadership Transition to Support Company's Growth Strategy

NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cadent, the predictive advertising company, today announced a leadership transition as the Company enters its next phase of growth.

Following more than a decade of significant growth and transformation at Cadent, Nick Troiano, Chief Executive Officer of Cadent, and Cadent's Board of Directors have agreed that now is the right time to begin the transition to the Company's next CEO. Under Troiano's leadership, Cadent grew from approximately 200 employees to more than 600, more than tripled its revenue and significantly expanded its capabilities through strategic acquisitions and investment in technology. During that time, the Company evolved from its roots in television into a leading predictive advertising company, culminating in the recent launch of the unified Cadent Platform across converged TV and digital media that will provide the foundation for Cadent's next chapter.

To support this leadership transition, Cadent has appointed Lisa Utzschneider, Special Advisor to Novacap Management Inc., as the Company's Interim CEO and Chair of the Board, effective immediately. Utzschneider will provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with Cadent's executive team as the Company continues to execute its strategy, support its employees, deliver for its customers and partners and advance the predictive advertising capabilities central to its future growth.

To facilitate a seamless transition, Troiano will serve as a strategic advisor, supporting Utzschneider, the Cadent Board and executive team through the transition.

Utzschneider is a seasoned technology and advertising executive with a proven track record leading scaled, customer-focused businesses across digital advertising, media and technology. She previously served as CEO of Integral Ad Science, where she led the company's global expansion, and continues to serve as Special Advisor to the IAS Board. Before joining IAS, Utzschneider held senior leadership positions at Yahoo!, Amazon and Microsoft, where she helped drive growth across digital advertising, cloud and enterprise technology businesses.
