Call for Submissions Open for 2014 A' Fashion Design Awards

COMO, Italy, March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- A' Design Award & Competition invites fashion designers, fashion brands, footwear producers and accessory manufacturers from all countries to submit their best fashion designs to the 4th Annual International Fashion Design Awards.

Entries to the International A' Fashion Design Awards will be accepted in six sub-categories: 1. Apparel and Garment Design, 2. Textile and Fabric Design, 3. Jewelry, Eyewear and Watch Design, 4. Shoe and Footwear Design, 5. Fashion and Travel Accessories Design, and 6. Children's & Baby Clothes.

All entries will be peer reviewed and anonymously evaluated by an expert jury panel of design professionals, academics, entrepreneurs and press members who have an understanding of fashion design from all perspectives. Entries will be evaluated on criteria such as aesthetics & visual appeal, originality, innovation, choice of materials, finishing & details, ergonomics and other category specific criteria.

Entries to the A' Fashion Design Awards will be open till March 30, 2014. Results will be announced on April 15, 2014. Gala-Night and Award Ceremony will take place at Villa Gallia, Como Lake, Italy on August 9, 2014. Laureates of the A' Fashion Design Awards will be entitled to receive the coveted "A' Design Prize" which especially includes PR and marketing benefits such as complimentary press release preparation and distribution services in addition to translation of design descriptions to twenty languages for international reach.
