Education sessions will be broken out into three role-based tracks for System Administrator, Day-to-Day Operations and Executive. Attendees can chose from more than 25 sessions from any of the three tracks. Sessions cover a wide range of topics including permissioning, archiving and scheduling, QA reporting, improving first-call resolution, and regulatory compliance. Several sessions will focus on achieving the most value from CallCopy's cc: Discover workforce optimization solution. The keynote speaker for the event is Donna Fluss, author of The Real-Time Contact Center, and founder and president of DMG Consulting LLC.
