Voice Assist Scheduling integrates CallRail's AI voice agent directly with a business's HubSpot calendar and CRM workflow. During a live call, Voice Assist can:

• Schedule in real time: Check real-time availability on the appropriate HubSpot calendar, offer available meeting times, and confirm the appointment while the caller remains on the line.
• Automate follow-up: Write the completed booking to the HubSpot contact and deal records, removing the manual step between lead capture and scheduling, where small businesses often lose their speed-to-lead advantage.
