NEW YORK, Aug. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cambridge Wilkinson ("CW") is pleased to announce the closing of the sale and purchase of a consumer home improvement loan portfolio valued at over $80 million. The seller of the portfolio is a long-time, successful point-of-sale operator who made a strategic decision to sell the assets. The buyer of the assets is a global alternative investment manager. 

As the private credit markets grow with credit-intensive strategies, there is an increased appetite for investing in areas like corporate securities, loan portfolios, structured credit, and hard assets.
