LAKE OZARK, Mo., Jan. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Camden on the Lake Resort, Spa & Yacht Club is pleased to announce its recent acquisition by Camden Resort, LP, a group of private investors specialized in ownership of premium hotels and resorts.  The new owners have engaged Lodging One Resorts to manage day-to-day operations of the resort and entertainment complex.

As one of the newest lakeside resorts at the Lake of the Ozarks, Camden on the Lake Resort has 119 luxurious condo suites and overlooks the marina and H. Toad's Entertainment Complex on the seven mike marker of the Lake.  The suites are equipped with fully furnished kitchens; comfortable living rooms featuring fireplaces and big screen televisions with surround sound; large bathrooms with granite showers, dual shower heads and optional Jacuzzi tubs; and private balconies overlooking the lake or scenic woods.

The original developer of the resort and entertainment complex, which opened in 2008, lost its financing due to the recession and the property has recently been bank-owned.  As a condominium/hotel-style resort, units are available for individual ownership and are rented as hotel rooms to overnight guests when not being used by its owners.  The rental program provides an investment opportunity for unit owners and a vacation destination with access to all of the resort's amenities.
