Candidates Debate Vaccine Mandates: NGO Challenge: Protect Informed Consent
Mandated vaccination/individual rights are a vigorous issue in the presidential campaign following candidates airing opinions on vaccines. NSF's Advance Vaccine Directive (AVD, www.DrRimaTruthReports.com/AdvanceVaccineDirective), a wallet-size card, explicitly affirms the legally protected right to refuse vaccines in accord with US and International treaty law. This protected right is enshrined in treaty law in all 126 signatories to the Geneva Accords.

The US Supreme Court recently defined Informed Consent as a protected right if affirmatively asserted or it is waived (Missouri v. McNeely, 2013).
