Canvas is Farren's third executive role in the electronic medical records (EMR) space after previously serving as Chief Growth Officer at Elation Health and Osmind, where he led go-to-market for these EMR platforms into thousands of care delivery organizations and independent clinics. In addition to this healthcare experience, Farren has spent two decades in commercial leadership roles at high-growth startups. He will lead sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and business operations at Canvas.
