The ceremony at the Capital Blue health and wellness store at the Hampden Marketplace in Enola honored their innovation and creativity in promoting a healthy lifestyle among their employees.

This year Capital BlueCross introduced a new category, the Judge's Choice Award. This recognizes an employer that has limited means but is able to provide creative employee health management programming.

Each winner must complete the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) Employee Health Management Best Practices Scorecard in collaboration with Mercer, a leading global provider of employer health management programming consulting. This assessment evaluates the effectiveness of employers' Employee Health Management programs.
