Capitol Records Is Proud To Announce The Release Of Neil Diamond's "Melody Road" On October 21

Long Awaited First New Studio Album in Six Years; Pre-orders Begin September 9

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Neil Diamond, one of the world's premier recording artists, internationally renowned and record-breaking concert performer and revered songwriter, is set to release his brand new studio album, Melody Road, on October 21^st. The album (full track listing below), marks his first original studio release in six years and first since signing with Capitol Records. Acclaimed producers Don Was and Jacknife Lee co-produced the album. In addition, there will be a special 36-page lyric book with guitar chords included in the packaging of each album.

The album will be available for pre-order starting on September 9^th at Amazon.com. Amazon pre-orders give fans a code that will give them early access to purchase concert tickets for the 2015 tour. Tour dates and information have not yet been announced.
