Global Hitss Expands Carbyne's Presence into LATAM Offering Citizens Cutting-Edge Technology to Make Emergency Calls, Providing New Levels of Safety and Security

Carbyne, creators of the leading next-generation 911 platform, has partnered with Global Hitss, an IT services company in Latin America, to implement Carbyne's solution into existing public safety and emergency response infrastructure in Latin America.
With Carbyne's cost effective, cutting-edge technology, dispatchers and emergency response personnel will be able to receive live audio and video streaming from a caller, along with their precise location - giving dispatchers information vital to rescue efforts and shaving crucial minutes off response and arrival times. The technology enables emergency response centers to pinpoint the location of callers - even indoors - allowing first responders to swiftly locate an incident, ultimately saving more lives.
Huixquilucan de Degollado, a municipality of the State of Mexico, was the first in Latin America to implement Carbyne's full ecosystem, which has been running for the last few months.
Following the launch in Mexico, América Móvil's dedicated teams will continue to focus on bringing Carbyne's next-gen 911 solution to markets throughout Latin America and support the security of citizens on a local and national level, with a focus on the c-Lite platform. Deployed as a plugin product, c-Lite enhances existing legacy platforms with state-of-the-art, next-generation 911 technology, without the necessity of integration with existing systems.
