Collaboration will bring authenticated payments to over 20,000 retailers
CLEVELAND, Jan. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CardinalCommerce, a pioneer and global leader in enabling authenticated payment transactions in the card-not-present payments sphere, today announced that the company will be collaborating with 3dcart, a leading ecommerce provider. CardinalCommerce 3-D Secure 2.0 protections will be integrated into 3dcart.
3dcart provides a powerful hosted eCommerce platform that includes all the tools to build a successful online store. By working with Cardinal, 3dcart gains an industry leading 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication solution for its customers.
In addition, 3dcart customers will be able to add Cardinal Consumer Authentication (CCA), Cardinal's exclusive 3-D Secure technology plug-in, to their 3dcart dashboard, as well as work with Cardinal representatives to set up their accounts and establish authentication credentials. As merchants enable CCA (and 3DS 2.0), issuing banks gain greater insight into the transaction to further identify fraud, as well as ensure that good customers are not declined.
