Jackie will lead the effort to continue to strengthen and grow the CMP brand. Jackie helped hrQ grow and expand their services, while serving clients by providing the most talented human resource professionals to join or augment their teams. Jackie has served the Dallas-Fort Worth market for more than 20 years in various roles and industries in both consulting and corporate leadership roles. Her expertise lies with understanding the needs of the client and providing creative, effective and bottom line solutions. Jackie has deep experience with the talent, development, assessment, consulting, and search services. Prior to that, Jackie has served in senior level positions for Conifer Health Solutions, RGP, Alliance Data, Capital One and TRW.  Jackie holds a MS in Organizational Design & Development from Chapman University, CA and has her Bachelor's degree in Health from SUNY, Cortland.
