Caribou Coffee Launches All-New Premium Quality Bakery Assortment as Part of a Three-Phase Food Innovation Roll Out

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Caribou Coffee announced today the launch of a new fresh food platform designed to provide fans with a top quality assortment of food options with premium ingredients served fresh every day.

As part of the first phase of the launch, Caribou's new bakery – introduced today, February 25, 2014 – will provide guests with a wide array of fresh baked goods. While Caribou fan favorites including the Maine Blueberry Muffin and Cinnamon Coffee Cake will remain on the coffee retailer's menu, the bakery launch will bring 13 delicious, new items to Caribou coffeehouses, from artisanal Parisian Macarons to Spinach Feta Croissants and Toffee Crunch Blondies. The new and expanded food menu will offer an ideal balance of savory and sweet bites that are appetizingly fresh at any time throughout the day.
