CAROLEE Jewelry Collection To Benefit AmeriCares

STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Just in time for the holidays, leading fashion jewelry company CAROLEE announces a specially designed collection to benefit AmeriCares, the Stamford, CT-based disaster relief and global health organization.  The jewelry collection will be AmeriCares first product line collaboration in support of its activities.

The five-piece AmeriCares collection is part of a major new initiative by CAROLEE called Word Play™, a collection which enables customers to wear their personal stories and express themselves in a uniquely fashionable way.  The AmeriCares Word Play collection includes bangles bracelets, an 18" adjustable pendant necklace and cluster earrings.  A global image is featured on the front of the bangles, to signify the charity's worldwide reach, and the word "Hope" is engraved on the back.  The pendant also features the global design.

CAROLEE will donate $5 to AmeriCares for the sale of each of the charity's specially designed pieces with a minimum donation of $5000.  The jewelry will be available at Carolee.com, Lord & Taylor Stamford, Macy's Herald Square and Macy's Dadeland FL, starting October 15.
