Manhattan Seafood Restaurant Recognized After One-Year Anniversary
NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CATCH restaurant, the Meatpacking District's coveted seafood restaurant owned by New York's premiere hospitality company, EMM Group which is led by partners Eugene Remm, Mark Birnbaum and Michael Hirtenstein, was honored with the highly regarded 5-Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. The Academy, founded in 1949, is the world's renowned hospitality organization for awarding excellence in travel, cuisine, luxury products and services, and the recognition is one that many superlative establishments strive to achieve.
Gaining momentum since its 2006 hospitality debut, EMM Group's restaurant acclaim began over three years ago with the opening of Abe & Arthur's in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. Since then, they have opened several other highly successful restaurants including: Lexington Brass, CATCH, The General and a recently opened outpost of CATCH Miami located at The James Royal Palm Hotel.
