CCA Partners with Exacaster to Offer Predictive Analytics to its Carrier Members

WASHINGTON, April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) has partnered with Exacaster, a leader in customer behavior prediction analytics for the telecommunications industry. Through the partnership, Exacaster will offer CCA's carrier members its cloud-based customer behavior prediction technology at a special CCA member rate to help carriers reduce subscriber churn, increase marketing effectiveness, and stimulate new revenue.

Every wireless carrier has a vast amount of call detail record data and customer information, such as calling and spending patterns, location, handsets in use, demographics and more, yet few carriers use this data effectively to make data-driven marketing decisions. By partnering with Exacaster, CCA members will have the ability to analyze their data, using machine learning and algorithms to help identify unhappy customers and present actionable information to retain them.  By constantly analyzing the new and historical data, Exacaster's platform becomes an expert at spotting potential churners, prospective customers, and current customers that may be ripe for upsell of specific products.
