CDI Expands Cloud Computing Portfolio With Radical Support Acquisition
ATLANTA, May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI) has acquired Atlanta-based IT services provider Radical Support dramatically expanding its capabilities in delivering both managed and cloud computing services.
This most recent addition to CDI is the result of a two-year search process identifying the best managed services companies on the east coast. The acquisition will enable CDI to deliver a complete suite of proactive support and maintenance for its clients through public, private, and hybrid cloud service models.
CDI can provide its customers with fixed-fee or variable-cost IT support services powered by Radical Support. These services will leverage Radical's proven processes and procedures, high customer satisfaction, and now the diverse geography of two SAS 70 Type II certified data centers ‒ Atlanta GA, and Secaucus NJ.
