Cedar County Memorial Hospital and Engage Complete MEDITECH Expanse Implementation
EL DORADO SPRINGS, Mo., Nov. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cedar County Memorial Hospital in El Dorado Springs, MO has successfully completed its implementation of the MEDITECH Expanse Electronic Health Record (EHR) with consulting and infrastructure help from Engage. Cedar County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is a 25-bed hospital situated between Kansas City, Joplin, and Springfield.
Expanse is the latest software from MEDITECH which provides a seamless patient record across both the inpatient and outpatient locations of care. The new EHR system will provide a number of benefits for both providers and patients such as: improving quality outcomes, evidence and expert based decision-making, mobility, and advanced reporting capabilities. The new EHR will be used in nearly every part of the hospital and provide a single source of truth for patient care as well as an efficient platform for billing and overall hospital operations.
