WASHINGTON, April 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- National Summary File of Redistricting Data — This data set includes the same population, housing unit counts and demographic characteristics that were provided to the states in February and March. This national file provides tables for the United States and other cross-state geographies, such as regions; divisions; metropolitan areas; and American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian areas in American FactFinder. The data set includes population counts by race, Hispanic origin, the voting age population and housing unit counts by occupancy status.
