Centre Partners Completes Acquisition of Navajo Expedited, a Technology-Enabled Freight Logistics Platform

Investment supports expansion of shipper relationships and continued investment in the Company's proprietary driver-vetting, pricing automation and fraud-prevention technology

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Centre Partners ("Centre"), a leading middle market private equity firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles, and Altivare Capital Partners ("Altivare"), a New York-based lower middle market private equity firm, today announced the completion of their acquisition of Navajo Expedited ("Expedited" or the "Company"), a technology-enabled freight logistics services business headquartered in Lakeland, Florida.

Centre and Altivare will partner closely with the Expedited management team to support the Company's next phase of growth by deepening existing customer relationships, expanding its customer base and service offerings, and accelerating investment in the automation and driver-vetting technology the Company has built. The partnership also provides capital to pursue complementary acquisitions that broaden Expedited's capabilities and service offering.

Founded in 2018, Expedited is a leading technology-enabled freight logistics provider connecting commercial shippers with reliable truckload capacity across the United States. The Company utilizes a network of more than 8,000 vetted drivers to provide customized dry van and temperature-controlled transportation solutions to blue-chip customers across the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and industrial sectors. Expedited was an early adopter of automation, and its proprietary technology platform streamlines key elements of the load lifecycle – including pricing, carrier onboarding, compliance, dispatch and equipment tracking. In combination, Expedited's extensive carrier network and proprietary technology enable it to address complex logistics needs with speed, reliability and greater transportation visibility, including in the time-sensitive and specialized lanes where the cost of a failed shipment is highest.
