Century Communities Expands in San Antonio with Two New Communities, Adding 471 Home Sites

SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Century Communities, a publicly traded homebuilder with operations in Texas, expands its regional presence with the addition of two new communities in the San Antonio market. Through land acquisitions in San Antonio and New Braunfels, the homebuilder adds 471 home sites to its offerings for San Antonio homebuyers, supporting local demand for high-quality, entry level housing.

The homebuilder's growth in San Antonio is just beginning and Century Communities is thrilled to broaden their footprint in the market. The growth in San Antonio has contributed to its recent recognition in Fortune's Fastest Growing Companies list, ranked 26th nationally. Century Communities' national reach now extends to 10 states and 107 communities as of September 30, 2017.

Highlights of new communities in San Antonio:

• Millican Grove: Century Communities is anticipating a late fall opening for this new community in San Antonio, delivering 387 single family with prices starting in the $170's. Century Communities will be handling all aspects of this community from land development to home building. Homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet and include 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Millican Grove is located near Randolph Air Force Base and has easy access to Interstate 10.
• Solms Preserve: Century Communities is thrilled to offer San Antonio homebuyers this new community in highly desirable New Braunfels. Solms Preseve will be delivering 84 single family homes with prices starting in the $170's. Like Millican Grove, homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet and include 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Solms Preserve offers homebuyers plenty of walking trails and a playscape area for children. The community is also close to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Solms Preserve is anticipated to open late summer of 2018.
