CEO of Chicago's Fastest Growing Company to Serve on Board of Directors for Governor Rauner's Newly Formed Illinois Business and Economic Development Corporation
Jim Wong selected to help economic development and growth throughout the State of Illinois
CHICAGO, April 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Wong, Founder of Chicago-based Brilliant™, an award-winning search, staffing and management resources firm specializing in accounting, finance and information technology, was selected today to serve on the Board of Directors for the newly formed Illinois Business and Economic Development Corporation (ILBEDC).
Jim Schultz, CEO of the ILBEDC, announced the inaugural Board of Directors will be made up of nine dedicated Illinois business leaders, including Wong.
The ILBEDC was created by Governor Bruce Rauner (IL-Rep.) to assist the Department of Commerce in executing economic development through a new approach, adjusting to the changing needs of businesses.
