Certus Announces Two Acquisitions as It Enters the Pest Control Market
SEATTLE, May 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Certus, a new entrant into the pest control market, today announces it has completed its first two acquisitions as it begins its expansion across North America.
The first acquisition, Mathis Exterminating, closed April 30. Mathis has been providing high-quality pest control services to Puget Sound since 1992. Damon Martin, founder of Mathis Exterminating, said, "When I decided to sell my company, I was looking for a buyer that would continue to invest in my people and my company. I also wanted a buyer that was committed to the industry and would continue to provide new opportunities for both my people and my customers. I found all of this and more in the Certus team."
The second acquisition, Eco Elite Pest Control, closed May 1. Eco Elite has been committed to being the best pest control company in the Metro Seattle market since 2008.
