SAVANNAH, Ga., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Chance Partners, LLC, one of the country's leading and most active multifamily development firms, announced the commencement of Avenues on 61st, a 32-unit, 128-bed community in Savannah, GA located in the desirable Ardsley Park neighborhood, home to an abundance of popular walk-up restaurants, coffee shops and retailers.
