Chandon Hosts Sixth Annual Awareness Benefit in Conjunction With National Breast Cancer Foundation at Iconic Estate in Napa Valley

NAPA, Calif., Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Domaine Chandon, American Sparkling pioneer, hosts its sixth annual Breast Cancer Awareness benefit known as 'Pink Party' on October 13, 2011.  This year's highly anticipated event is held in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation as part of a nationwide initiative with Chandon to rally for early detection among young women.  NBCF identified Whitney Port as a spokesperson in the spring of this year and the Chandon benefit marks the first major public appearance Port will be making on behalf of the organization.  The event, which includes reception, silent auction and a Whitney Eve fashion presentation, will be held at Domaine Chandon winery from 5:30-8:30pm and feature hors d'oeuvres by Michelin star rated Chef Perry Hoffman of Chandon's etoile Restaurant.  A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales benefit NBCF and can be purchased for $100 at www.chandon.com/pinkparty.
