Chatter Buzz Media Marks International Women's Day with Orange County Government MWBE Certification
ORLANDO, Fla., March 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Chatter Buzz Media, an integrated marketing and communications company, became a certified member of Orange County's Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise Program. Chatter Buzz Media is 100 percent owned by two minority women, Ashley Cisneros-Mejia and Shalyn Dever, easily fulfilling the requirement that an MWBE firm is at least 51 percent owned by someone from a minority group. The certification was awarded on March 9, the day after International Women's Day.

Currently, only 4.4 percent of the total dollar value of all small-business loans goes to women in the United States.
