Chi Dynasty Opens Upscale Chinese Restaurant in Studio City

STUDIO CITY, Calif., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Jonathan Chi, owner of Los Feliz's long-standing Chinese restaurant Chi Dynasty, has built a reputation among Angelenos for an unprecedented dining experience.
