Brilliant ranked number 16 out of 112 qualifying companies with 55.2 percent compound growth between 2011 and 2015. The median for the entire list was 30.3 percent.
Last year, Brilliant ranked second on the list.

The 2016 List of Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms ranked staffing companies by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2011 through 2015, excluding acquisitions. The list is based on staffing revenue, which included temporary staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees.
To qualify for the list, companies needed to have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2011 and at least 15 percent CAGR between 2011 and 2015.
