Launching August 31, guests can enjoy the debut of Nashville Hottie chicken salad and Pumpkin Spice Cake, alongside the return of Chicken Poblano Soup and Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookies as part of the brand's annual fundraising campaign supporting CURE Childhood Cancer.

As the weather begins to cool, Chicken Salad Chick is turning up the heat with the launch of the all-new Nashville Hottie, the brand's hottest flavor yet. Inspired by the bold flavors of Nashville hot chicken, Nashville Hottie combines fiery Nashville-style heat with tangy dill pickle pieces. Guests can enjoy Nashville Hottie as a scoop, sandwich, melt or Quick Chick, and it can also be ordered as a featured flavor for catering orders.

Guests can also pair Nashville Hottie with one of Chicken Salad Chick's fan-favorite seasonal soups: the Chicken Poblano Soup. The flavor is returning to Chicken Salad Chick's soup schedule and will be served daily throughout the fall. Featuring a creamy blend of diced chicken, poblano peppers, corn, black beans and a hint of lime, the hearty soup makes the perfect companion to Nashville Hottie's flavorful kick.

For guests who can't get enough of pumpkin spice season, Chicken Salad Chick is also introducing a brand-new dessert – Pumpkin Spice Cake. This decadent fall staple is a triple-layer pumpkin spice cake wrapped in velvety cream cheese frosting, delivering the perfect balance of warm fall spices and creamy sweetness. Available by the slice in restaurant and online, the Pumpkin Spice Cake can also be ordered whole through catering. The limited-time dessert marks Chicken Salad Chick's third cake flavor launch, following the success of White Chocolate Cake and Red Velvet Cake.

Now in its fifth consecutive year, a portion of proceeds from each Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookie sold during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month will help fund critical research and patient support programs. The Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookie, a sweet tribute to the gold ribbon that symbolizes childhood cancer awareness, is topped with a natural lemon zest buttercream frosting. Since 2017, the Chicken Salad Chick Foundation has donated more than $2 million to support pediatric cancer research and fight food insecurity in local communities. During Chicken Salad Chick's annual owner conference in March, the brand presented CURE Childhood Cancer with a record-breaking donation of $382,604.30, representing funds raised through the 2025 CURE campaign and year-end Giving Card program. The donation surpassed the previous year's total by more than $50,000, marking the largest single contribution in the partnership's history.
