China Optoelectronic Development Strategy Seminar & China Optoelectronics Night to be Held in USA

The grand international gathering of photonic and optoelectronic fields--Photonics West, will be held in San Francisco, USA from January 27^th - February 1st, 2018. It will cover fields like bio-photonics, laser, optics, and 3D printing. During this grand event, CIOE will work with Wuhan National Laboratory of Optoelectronics (WNLO) to hold China Optoelectronic Development Strategy Seminar to enhance the communications between Chinese optoelectronic enterprises and international industry associations, institutions, and enterprises.

The seminar will invite representatives of the most influential experts in optoelectronics, as well as guests from China's top optoelectronic scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises to discuss the future trends and developments of optoelectronic technologies and to further strengthen the international communication and cooperation. During the seminar, Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics will display the latest optoelectronic scientific research achievements, and CIOE organizing committee will preview CIOE 2018 activities, and elaborate China's optoelectronic industry development trends, as well as discuss the specific schemes of closer cooperation between the optoelectronic organizations and scientific research institutions. 100+ representatives will be invited to this seminar, and a welcome reception will be held afterward. About Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO)

Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO) is co-founded by the Ministry of Education (MoE) of People's Republic of China, Hubei Provincial Government and Wuhan Municipal Government. It is one of the initial five national laboratories authorized in November 2003 by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) of People's Republic of China.

The laboratory is managed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in collaboration with Wuhan Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (WRI), Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics (WIPM) affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Huazhong Institute of Electro-Optics (HIEO).
