At the meeting, the proposal for the election of five directors to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2011 as set out in China Yida's definitive Proxy Statement, was approved. Specifically, the stockholders elected Mr. Minhua Chen, Ms. Yanling Fan, Mr. Michael Marks, Ms. Chunyu Yin and Mr. Fucai Huang to continue to serve as the Company's directors.
