China Yida Appoints New Independent Auditor

FUZHOU, China, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Yida Holding Company (Nasdaq: CNYD) ("China Yida" or the "Company"), a leading tourism and media enterprise in China, today announced that the Company has appointed KCCW Accountancy Corp. ("KCCW") to serve as its independent registered public accounting firm, replacing Friedman LLP ("Friedman"). KCCW will begin providing services for the first fiscal quarter of 2012. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Friedman LLP on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures.
