ChinaEdu Schedules Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for September 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM Beijing Local Time

BEIJING, Aug. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ChinaEdu Corporation (NASDAQ: CEDU) ("ChinaEdu" or the "Company"), a leading educational services provider in China, today announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. local time in its Beijing headquarters, located at: 4th Floor-A, GeHua Building, Qinglong Hutong No.1, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China 100007.  Stockholders of record at the close of business on July 24, 2012 will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting or by proxy.
