(NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced it has signed an agreement with Concord Hospitality and the Robert Finvarb Companies to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites in Durham, NC. The 146-room Cambria property will be located at 2306 Elba Street, and is expected to launch in fourth quarter 2016.

The Cambria Durham will be within walking distance to Duke University Hospital, one of the city's biggest employers. Additionally, it will offer guests excellent access to downtown Durham, the historic and geographic soul of the vibrant and artistic southern city that serves as home to several landmarks on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition, the city boasts a flourishing food and arts scene, hosting dozens of events throughout the year.
