Chris Andrews Joins Shepherd Wealth as Chief Operating Officer and Principal

ARMONK, N.Y., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shepherd Wealth, an advanced planning firm serving small business owners and high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, today announced that Chris Andrews has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and Principal.

Andrews brings 13 years of financial services experience to Shepherd Wealth, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Firm Director of Business Development and National Partnerships. Throughout his career, he has helped scale more than a dozen privately branded wealth management businesses across the country and served as a top firm director within a national enterprise for multiple consecutive years. He holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation.

In his role as COO, Andrews will work across Shepherd Wealth to connect the firm's vision with the operational structure needed to support its continued growth, helping ensure all departments are aligned and working toward the same goals.
