Chris Lohl Accepts New Role to Oversee Research and Development for CompuGroup Medical US' Ambulatory Information Systems Division

PHOENIX, Dec. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CompuGroup Medical US has announced that Chris Lohl, former Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) for the company's web-based products, will now oversee all R&D activities for the complete Ambulatory Information Systems (AIS) portfolio, effective immediately. Chris joined CGM over three years ago and has achieved significant milestones in enhancing the user experience for the company's innovative healthcare software solutions. Chris' success in identifying and designing new technologies to achieve the optimum user experience can be credited to his expertise and passion for innovation.

In addition to overseeing all R&D activities for CGM's web-based solutions: CGM webEHR™ and CGM webPRACTICE™, in his new role as Vice President of R&D AIS, Chris will also oversee all R&D activities for CGM CLINICAL™, the company's fully-integrated practice management (PM) and electronic health record (EHR) solution. Chris' oversight spans multiple functions including Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management and Technical Writing.
