Chris Rediger Named Chief Executive Officer of Redefy Holdings, Inc.

DENVER, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Redefy Holdings, Inc., a disruptive technology company that is transforming the real estate market, today announced that Chris Rediger has been named Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Rediger was previously Co-Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, where he was responsible for the company's successful development and deployment of its online platform in key states and major metro markets across the U.S. In 2017, Redefy closed more than 2000 home sales, making it the third-largest technology enabled brokerage firm in the country. Jordan Connett, previously Chief Executive Officer, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This move comes as Redefy seeks to enhance its technology offering and capitalize on the growth in the emerging online residential real estate market in the U.S., as the more tech savvy buyers and sellers demand alternatives to the high fees associated with traditional real estate transactions. For the first time in 2016, the percentage of buyers who found the home they purchased themselves online surpassed 50%, exceeding the 34% who say they found their home through an agent, according to NAR's 2016 profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. This compares with 2001 statistics where those numbers were 8% and 48%, respectively. 

Redefy's online platform allows home sellers to list and sell their home with a $3,000 flat-fee, full-service® package that includes an in-home consultation (if desired), professional photography, yard signs, lock boxes, showing services, marketing and advertising. In addition, homes are listed on the MLS, which pushes the home onto thousands of websites including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. Finally, the Redefy team helps buyers coordinate and understand inspections, develop contracts, negotiate offers and close the transaction.
