Christopher Codeanne Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Premier Research Group

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Research Group Limited, the international pharmaceutical and medical device services company, announces the appointment of Christopher Codeanne to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Codeanne has more than 20 years of management, operational, and finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining Premier Research, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Oncology Development Partners, LLC (d/b/a Oncopartners). He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of both Averion International Corp and SCIREX Corporation. Mr. Codeanne serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Therapeutics Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Codeanne received an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
