NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Syska Hennessy Group, Inc., a global consulting, engineering and commissioning firm, is announcing Christopher Walsh, PE, LEED AP, an engineering veteran with over two decades of professional experience, recently stepped into the leadership role for the company's Facilities Management and Commissioning global practice.

Chris is a technical specialist in the field of building automation, where he began his career as a field engineer. He has experience both on the owner/user side and on the consultant/engineer side. Prior to taking on this global role, Chris spearheaded Syska Hennessy's Southeast Region, developing client relationships and driving team member growth opportunities.

Over the past few years, Syska Hennessy Group established an important presence in the engineering industry focused on facilities management and commissioning. Mr. Walsh helped develop a variety of processes and project management approaches that have been adopted throughout the entire Syska Hennessy Group organization.
