Circle West Campus Wins Prestigious Marketing Award

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Crescent Resources' Circle West Campus apartment community recently won the Grand Award for Marketing and Advertising from Multifamily Executive magazine. Circle West Campus, which opened in August, is within walking distance of the University of Texas and features modern amenities in an environmentally sensitive development.

Crescent Resources was recognized for using a mix of creative materials to promote the community. The campaign included print ads, handouts and mailers, promotional events and giveaways, movie-style posters, a wrapped MINI Cooper, colorful leasing office branding, and a strong web presence with social media integration. All materials incorporated a playful, eco-friendly theme directed at college students and young urban professionals.

Multifamily Executive's industry-leading event featured 30 awards recognizing exceptional people, projects and programs across 19 categories. Winners were chosen by a panel of judges that consisted of the magazine's editors and industry veterans.
