Citizen Launches New Point-of-Sale, Barcode and Mobility products at NRF 2018
TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizen Systems America Corporation, a leading manufacturer of world-class printing technology, is offering its North and South American customers an advanced look at the newest products in the company's top three product categories at the National Retail Federation (NRF) trade show, January 14-16, 2018 in New York City. The newest additions to Citizen's full line of point-of-sale, mobility and barcode printer products will be on display at the company's tradeshow booth (Booth #821) during the show.
Citizen is proud to announce the CT-E651 point-of-sale product, the CMP25L Mobile printer and the newest additions to its barcode printer line, the CL-E300 direct thermal and CL-E321 thermal transfer products.
In point-of-sale, similar to its sibling printer, the CT-E351, the NEW CT-E651 also has the modern, sleek, cubic design measuring the same height as a cash drawer (approx. 4.25") so it fits seamlessly in small spaces as well as front exit printing, protecting the mechanism from potential spills and foreign contaminants. Users in shops, bars, and restaurants who desire solutions that embrace modern aesthetics can rest assured that the CT-E651 fulfills those needs in addition to the product's quality and value positioning.
Although compact in size, the CT-E651 capabilities are quite large with all of its outstanding features. All models possess speedy 300mm/s print speed to meet high demands of consumers during peak times and standard connectivity of USB 2.0, while optional LAN, Serial, WiFi, and Bluetooth interfaces also assure the user is connected. The CT-E651 is mobile POS (mPOS) ready so it is easy to assimilate into an existing platform using mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. The CMP-25L brings all the robust benefits and design traits of the CMP-20 2-inch mobile printer model with a few extra benefits. The printer prints at a fast 5 inches per second print speed, has flexible connectivity options including 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and RS-232 Serial in configurations available for order. One of the key added values to the CMP-25L is the capability to print labels and not just receipts. Commonly used in applications, including but not limited to; retail, healthcare and supply chain management, 2-inch mobile label printing is now available in the Citizen Systems America mobile product line.
