Strong Revenue, Gross Margin, Earnings and Sales Booking Results Set Record

ATLANTA, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Clarion Communications LLC ("Clarion") a leading cloud-based Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) announced today that its IPitomy Communications LLC ("IPitomy") subsidiary achieved record Q3 '26 total revenue, MRC revenue, gross margins, earnings and sales bookings.

• MRC Revenue for Q3 '26 increased 9.2% year-over year
• Total Revenue for Q3 '26 increased 6.4% year-over year
• Gross Margin for Q3 '26 increased 11.4% year-over-year
• Adj EBITDA for Q3 '26 increased 44.0% year-over year
• Sales Bookings for Q3 '26 increased 76.3% year-over year
