CYPRESS, Calif., Oct. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Clarion Corporation of America, a leader in consumer and commercial mobile electronics, today announced two new additions to their robust product line of high-performance marine-grade speakers. Clarion's marine speakers are specifically engineered to withstand the harsh marine environment without compromising the high-quality sound that OEM boat builders and boat owners expect from Clarion, while offering an aesthetic design quality a cut above the competition.
The new CM7123T is an impressive all-new 8"x12" wakeboard tower speaker set featuring a lightweight aluminum swivel mounting bracket with a 360-degree turning radius for added installation and application flexibility. The unique elliptical shape of the speakers offer a slimmer profile than competing round tower speakers, yet with a surface area larger than a 10-inch subwoofer, the speakers are capable of impressive deep bass that lets those inside the boat, and those on the other end of the ski rope, hear the music loud and clear.
The new CM2223RL is an LED-equipped marine-grade 8.8-inch diameter coaxial speaker set. The massive size of the CM2223RL's full-range cone allows these speakers to clearly reproduce the full range of music, complete with crisp highs and thumping bass. The blue LED backlighting adds a cool ambiance to the interior of any boat.
