Inspired by "Cleveland Hustles," the CNBC television series backed by Lebron James, "Cleveland Chain Reaction" is an independent and unrelated follow up to that success and is the result of the collaboration between the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), Cleveland Neighborhood Progress (CNP), FOX 8 and GlazenUrban. "Cleveland Chain Reaction" will begin by featuring four Cleveland neighborhoods competing to host the expansion of five local early stage businesses. "Cleveland Chain Reaction" will also feature five investors that will provide investment capital and mentorship to the selected companies.

What stood out with Justin, when looking over candidates for investors on the show, was the success he experienced at such a young age. "Cleveland Chain Reaction" will be hosted by Kenny Crumpton of Fox 8 News. The show will be a series of live spots that chronicle the selection of a neighborhood and the path of the five businesses. It premiered yesterday morning and will run until the season finale in November/December of 2017 when the new businesses will launch in the winning neighborhood. The final four neighborhoods competing to be the home for the five new businesses are Slavic Village/Fleet Avenue; Collinwood East 185^th, St. Clair Superior; St Clair Avenue, La Villa; and Clark and West 25^th.
