Both bring extensive experience and success in domestic and international fast-growth phase companies which will support ClearDATA's consistent year-over-year growth as healthcare's leading security and compliance expert.
Hynson joins ClearDATA from IntelliCyt, where he led the human resources, administration, IT, operations, technical support, all accounting and finance systems during his time serving as CFO and Chief Operating Officer. His background includes demonstrated expertise at successfully implementing scalable processes and building a strong global finance team.
Darrow brings her expertise as former Chief People Officer at BuildASign.com, one of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies, as well as her international experience as VP of Global HR for Mozido. She has proven success at growing start-ups from 20 people to several hundred.
