Cleveland's Urban Orchid Flower Boutique Celebrates New Location
Grand Re-Opening Party Saturday, August 11
CLEVELAND, Aug. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- A year after building a reputation as one of the city's best florists, Urban Orchid, the upscale floral shop located in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood, is expanding. The store will relocate from its current Bridge Avenue location to the historic Ohio City Firehouse at 1455 West 29th Street, Cleveland. To celebrate, a grand re-opening party will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 7 p.m. ET.

A decade of experience in the floral industry already behind him, owner/designer Brandon Sitler's exquisite and unique creations have been admired all over Greater Cleveland and have won several awards including "Best Flowers" in Fox 8's 2011 HOT LIST as well as "Best Florist" in Scene Magazine's Best of Cleveland 2012.
In addition to weddings, funerals and day-to-day bouquets, Sitler's designs have been displayed at notable local events such as Sir Elton John and WTA legend Billie Jean King's World TeamTennis Smash Hits charity night; the dedication ceremony for Lincoln Electric's wind turbine at its Euclid headquarters; and four straight years at Pandemonium for Cleveland Public Theatre.

More than a flower shop, Urban Orchid carries products such as hand-crafted jewelry and vases among other exclusive creations designed by local artists. The new space will also host bi-monthly art shows. Urban Orchid is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Deliveries available both local and out-of-state.
