COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- AbsoluteCare, a leading provider of value-based care for the most medically complex and socially vulnerable individuals, announces the appointment of Clint Borm as Ohio Regional Market President.
Clint brings nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience to AbsoluteCare, joining the organization with a proven record of driving high-quality patient care while optimizing operational performance. He comes to AbsoluteCare from Optum at Home where he was Regional Vice President and General Manager.
"Clint's deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Ohio's complex populations will be instrumental as we advance our commitment to integrated, whole-person care throughout the region," said Mike Radu, CEO of AbsoluteCare. "His ability to lead with both empathy and operational rigor make him an exceptional addition to our leadership team."
Clint's leadership arrives at a time of meaningful growth for AbsoluteCare in Ohio, marked by the recent opening of a center in Akron. This expansion builds on the organization's existing presence in Cleveland and Columbus, with two more locations set to open later this year.
"I'm honored to join AbsoluteCare as we expand our mission-driven work across Ohio," said Clint. "What drew me here is the Beyond Medicine™ model – an approach that goes far beyond traditional care to meet people where they are. I'm energized by the chance to work with a team so deeply committed to serving complex, often underserved populations with dignity, innovation, and compassion."
Clint's expertise leading multi-state healthcare teams aligns with AbsoluteCare's vision for restoring health and advancing outcomes in the country's most vulnerable populations. As Ohio Regional Market President, he will work to further enhance care delivery, foster innovation, and strengthen relationships with members, payers, and community partners.
