BRANCHBURG, N.J., Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ClorDiSys Solutions, LLC ("ClorDiSys"), headquartered in Branchburg, NJ is the technology leader of chlorine dioxide-based contract sterilization, announced a major expansion of its processing capabilities and team to meet growing customer demand.
ClorDiSys is the largest chlorine dioxide contract sterilization provider and has added additional chambers, doubling capacity and available volume throughput to 12–14 pallets within 24 hours. With the facility staffing up to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, total weekly available throughput is expected to reach 80–100 pallets.
To support increased Research and Development, ClorDiSys has also installed a new 12-cubic-foot chamber, supporting increased demand for feasibility studies, proof-of-concept projects, and product validation work.
Chlorine dioxide is the most effective and efficient alternative to ethylene oxide and offers substantial benefits to that because of cycles that are a fraction of the time, ambient temperature processing, and non-carcinogenic nature. It is ideal for most medical devices and combination products including cold-chain products and complex devices including those with electronics and batteries.
In addition to equipment upgrades, ClorDiSys has expanded its workforce and leadership team, bringing on seasoned specialists in quality assurance, validation engineering, operations, and business development. This strengthened team ensures the company can maintain its commitment to quality and innovation while serving a rapidly growing customer base.
"This expansion marks an important milestone for ClorDiSys as demand for safe, effective sterilization alternatives continues to grow," said Mark Lecher, CEO. "By doubling our capacity and investing in our team, we are better positioned to deliver timely solutions and accelerate innovation for our partners and the industries we serve."
