The owners contracted Miami-based luxury real estate auction specialist Platinum Luxury Auctions to handle the sale in concert with veteran listing broker Anita Vining of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty. Platinum has enjoyed recent success in the broader Jacksonville-area marketplace, selling three consecutive waterfront properties there between Oct 2023 and Feb 2024.
The property grounds feature a gated entry, paved walking paths, multiple ponds, more than 100 mature oak trees and a custom pool. Its vast lawns are neatly manicured, with an abundance of greenspace in both the front and back of the residence.
